We deliver goods throughout Lithuania via reliable couriers and parcel machines:

• 📬 Omniva parcel machines – 1–3 business days

• 📬 DPD parcel machines – 1–3 business days

• 📬 LP Express parcel machines – 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during the holiday season or due to logistics delays.

🏠 Delivery price:

• Delivery to parcel lockers – from €2.00

• Delivery via bus shipments - €5.00

• For orders over €80 – free shipping 🎉

📍 Local pickup:

Available in Kaunas and Jonava by prior arrangement.
Pick-up is free .

🔄 Refund

If you received an incorrect or defective item, or you simply changed your mind, a return is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania).

📋 Return conditions:

• The item must be undamaged, unused , with all labels and original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (email or invoice).

• The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or received incorrectly.

📩 How to return:

1. Please email us at get4youteam@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. We will provide a return address and instructions.

3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund your money within 5 business days .

If the reason for the return is our error (e.g. wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.

Additional information:

• Some goods (e.g. hygiene, personal use) cannot be returned if they have been unpacked.

• If the item is damaged during transportation, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
